Japengo, located on the third floor Ewa Tower at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa, features innovative cocktails, expertly rolled sushi and a menu of exotic flavors from the Pacific Rim and Southeast Asia. The contemporary design of the restaurant includes communal tables, an interactive sushi bar and lounge, private dining rooms as well as intimate tables-for-two. Japengo is open Wednesday through Sunday from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m; beginning April 1, the restaurant will be open daily. The Sushi Bar and Lounge is open beginning at 5:30 p.m for Happy Hour. As a brand new modern restaurant in Waikiki, which just opened in October, 2011, we decided to join the chamber of commerce to attract more local business and community. As Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa already has a longstanding relationship with the chamber, we understand its strong business alliances, solid networking opportunities and a great reputation.
