Now accepting applications for 2013
The Public Health Fund committee of The Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii is accepting applications for funding of health-related projects. Grants are given for worthwhile projects involving public health education and research for which funds are not available from other sources. Preference is given to projects that are collaborative. Applicants must be non-profit organizations operating on Oahu in public health-related activities.
Applications can be obtained from the Chamber’s website: www.cochawaii.org or by calling The Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii: 545-4300 ext 353 or via email: phf@cochawaii.org.
The deadline for submitting grant proposals are June 15 and December 15.
• Applications must be postmarked by the deadline in order to be considered.
• Also please remember to fill out completely all of the forms in the application. Your application will not be considered if any form is missing or incomplete.
