LEVEL I – Top Banner (1.5" W by 2.8" H) Monthly Rate: $150 per 1 month (4 E-newsletters) or $400 for 3 months (12 E-newsletters)
LEVEL II – Middle Banner (1.5" W by 2.8" H) Monthly Rate:$125 per 1 month (4 E-newsletters) or $325 for 3 months (12 E-newsletters)
